December 2, 2010 (Thursday) “Art ‘N’ Jazz on the Avenue”

Peru ceramic art representative will display 100‘s of pieces ranging from $10.00 to $100.00 consisting of vases, platters and bowls.

December 17, 2010 (Friday)

Season opening to the “Friday Night Gallery Stroll” presenting over 50 artists works from the Southwest, including Dolona Roberts, John Nieto, Bonny, Ann Pollard, J.D. Challenger, & Alison Reider.

Gourd sculpture artist works by Claudia will be featured for the evening.

An introduction of works by U.K. artist, David McEwen, now residing in France.. The gallery will be displaying a large selection of his beautiful oils on canvas and watercolors on paper.  A master painter of modern realism with a classical background, David’s works have earned him the honor of, “Painter of the World” by Artist International Magazine and “Runner-up” in the Society of All Artists “Painter of the Year.”

Presenting fine art oil paintings by Don Hamilton. His “en plein air” paintings evoke a strong emotion, the sense of “being there”. His extensive travels throughout Colorado and the west have allowed him to paint and share his personal visions. “If someone can view my work and sense the cold, smell the dampness or feel the sun beating down, then I have been successful.”

The cave-like figures, originally inspired by the ancient cave drawings of France, revitalize primitive pictorial dialogue early humans once held.
